Undeliverable Packages

If orders are undelivered or have failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to clarify delivery information or reasons for refusal. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund.

If the order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused by recipient (such as refusing to pay duty & tax)

50% of the total amount will be charged before issuing a refund. Refunds are not possible if the parcel is not returned by customs. In case of disputes, we reserve the right to make the final decision.

Lost Shipments

A tracking number is provided for each order in the dispatch notification email. You can track your order on the courier's website or your local post office using this tracking number.

If You Don't Receive Your Order

If you do not receive your order within two weeks after the expected delivery date:

  1. Check with your local post office using your tracking number first
  2. If there's still no sign of the shipment, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and tracking number
  3. We will check with Hong Kong Post and reply within 30 days from your enquiry date
  4. In case of confirmed lost shipment, we will refund the total product price to your original payment account

Important: Send your shipment enquiry within 60 days of the purchase order. Requests after this timeframe may not be trackable by the courier.

We are not responsible for refunds if the courier's official website states that the parcel has been delivered. We reserve the right of final decisions on all terms and conditions.
