Undeliverable Packages
If orders are undelivered or have failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to clarify delivery information or reasons for refusal. Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund.
- Incorrect address provided
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refused by recipient (such as refusing to pay duty & tax)
50% of the total amount will be charged before issuing a refund. Refunds are not possible if the parcel is not returned by customs. In case of disputes, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
Lost Shipments
A tracking number is provided for each order in the dispatch notification email. You can track your order on the courier's website or your local post office using this tracking number.
If You Don't Receive Your Order

Check with your local post office using your tracking number first
- Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and tracking number if still missing
- We will check with Hong Kong Post and reply within 30 days of your enquiry
- If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will refund the full product price
Important: Send your enquiry within 60 days of purchase. Requests after this timeframe may not be trackable by the courier.
